Heading South This Christmas

On Survival Mode This Winter

Migratory Birds have a natural inner survival readiness that allows them to search and look for safety when dangerous situations approaches, and there are changes in the environment.

A bird naturally feels threaten when they perceive imminent changes that could hinder their wellbeing.

This readiness comes from an internal mechanisms that allows them to see the change in the light-dark patterns . This tells them it’s time to fly south for safety and seek warmer shelter and safe haven, if they want to survive. If these birds were to wait for the cold to serve as the stimulus and advise them to move it might be too late. As they could face death by frost in their trajectory to safe haven.

However, how do these birds know when its time to come back home they generate a rhythm that prepares them for seasonal changes.

Even if they were kept in a cage they’ll know when it was time to come home. They have something within them that speaks louder many stimuli could.

This is referred to as ENDOGENOUS CIRCANNUAL

(Endogenous means “generated from within”

Cicannual, comes from the Latin words circum, for “about” and annum, for “years.”)

I am so praying that you are grasping this!

What patters have you been seeing for years that have been building something within you?

What is sending you on survival mode?

Not every bad thing that happens to us is to kill us in the cold or keep us frozen in the middle of the road!

There is more within you! Are you listening!?Are you watching the changes? Checking, for light-dark differences?

These differences are not the ones that happen over night as the day to day—day and night

¡¡¡¡Read it again!!!!

Are you growing with the years?

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV

Even if you’re being deprived, kept captive, held against your will in one way or another, or feeling like you don’t understand what to do next, negate of your rights God will show you the change in the light-dark pattern as a signal that is time to look for shelter.

Listen to His voice, don’t wait until its too late!

As always my lovely readers with my best love at heart!

Along the path of my life I have focused on growing as an individual, studying the word of God, and expanding my view of life to help others. After studying and obtaining a degree in Psychology Christian Counseling, Crisis Counseling and Life Coaching at Liberty University I obtained a diploma in Life Coaching out of the missteps of life. I became certified as an Advanced Mental Health & Christian Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Life Counselors (AACC). Obtaining my international credentialing through the National and International Board of Christian Life Coaches (IBCLC) & the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). As a fibromyalgia fighter, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and sexual molestation over-comer I consider myself a victorious woman, who has been born for a time as this. My mission is to inspire with my testimony, empower with the word of God and encourage by instilling positive change, to equip others with life lasting tools. My vision is to help others live to their full God given potential. My objective it to share my life vision with those who are blind-folded by pain or circumstance and have lost hope, & become stuck in a rut but long for a change. I am a mother of three blessings I get to call children; two boys and a girl, wife of a man from whom I've learn to build character everyday of our journey together. I live in the blessing of knowing that I am a daughter of God Almighty. My advise to you, with the best love I have, “Don't stop learning, becoming, and believing in yourself-there’s a world that needs your help” Denise Kilby
