Shaping and Opportunities

The message I am trying to get across is that today you are the result of the decisions you made yesterday.

Today you have the opportunity of making new decisions by shaping your own behavior and changing your mindset and train of thought that will enable you to see a different tomorrow tomorrow.

If you feel like you’re stuck in a rut and you don’t know how to get yourself out of it, practice self awareness.

Reward yourself with positive reinforcement for every time you do some guy hat gets you closer towards that change that you want to see in your life.

Whether is your business, education, relationships with your friends, marriage or even relationship with your children. This can also be applied towards your fitness and health goals.

Just remember that reinforcements have to be provided immediately after the behavior is acquired in order for them to work. For every time you do something wonderful in your favor.

The reward will keep you motivated to keep going and will shape your behavior to the person you want to be.

In the same way, you will not reward yourself for every time you lack to work towards any of the things that “are important you to” already me tunes above.

Losing this positive reinforcement will help you realize that you’re not working towards what you want, thus you’re not only faking behind, but you’re also losing a great reward perhaps (wink).

You are witnessing great things happening for both you and I!

You might say I haven’t done anything bad to deserve all the evil that has been poured out on me, and I will say…perhaps.

That leaves us with two question to ask then.

  1. What have you done to stop it?
  1. What have you tried to change the situation?
