Release what’s been weighing on you. Name it, confront it, and place it where it belongs.

Week 2 — Thursday 12/18/25 | 7–8 pm

Confronting the Counterfeit Comforts
Recognize the habits, patterns, and mindsets that promise relief but steal your peace.

Week 3 — Thursday 12/26/25 | 7–8 pm

Healthy Boundaries & Emotional Strength
Learn how to set boundaries without guilt, practice empathy and kindness with wisdom, and regulate your emotions with intention.
A complimentary guide will be given after completing all three sessions.
