Along the path of my life I have focused on growing as an individual, studying and learning on how to help others and expanding my view of life. I obtained my Associates in Psychology Christian Counseling from Liberty University where I continue to study Psychology Crisis Counseling in my pursue to become a LPC. I am a certified Christian Life Coach, and I hold various certificates obtained through Liberty University in different areas of counseling thanks to having completed some courses in Marriage Works, Carrying for People God’s Way, & Breaking Free, certified though the American Association of Christian Counselors. I am a Fibromyalgia Fighter who has focused on living beyond the pain, and looking passed the mountains, where the sun rises and the day begins to bring hope to everyone else the best that I can every day of my life. I’ve learned to focus on the many parts that work in my body on a daily basis (my brain, my heart, my soul, my fingers) and how I can help others do the same rather than centering my thoughts on the ones that don’t perform as I wish they did. My mission is to inspire others to live their lives to their full God given potential. Staying focus and moving while I can is my key to happiness, pausing when my mind tells me to and thinking outside my head to empathize with others, and maintain a spiritual, mental, and fitness balance that brings me peace & provides physical healing is how I stay centered in life. In conclusion I am human, just like you trying to do better, to help others do the same. I am a mother of three blessings; 2 boys and a girl, wife of a man from whom I keep learning a little bit more every step of our journey together, and daughter of God. Passionate about people, art, and the way the brain works, always looking for ways to make life easier and helping individuals see the truth that lies within them, I know there’s more for everyone, and that we are far more than whatever our current situation may be.
