As I step into my 40s on this August 7th, I am filled with a mix of reflection and anticipation. The last decade was marked by profound changes. While it was a challenging period, it also paved the way for new beginnings and opportunities.

Entering this new decade, I am excited to embrace life with open arms and a heart ready for authentic love and real connections. I have dreams and plans that have been waiting patiently, and now is the time to bring them to life. I am ready to explore the world and indulge in the passions I once put on hold.

I look forward to cherishing moments with my children as they grow into adulthood. Learning from those around me, I hope to continuously evolve and embrace the wisdom and experiences they share.

This milestone is not just about adding another year to my life but about truly living each moment and celebrating the last 39.

It’s about letting go of the past and wholeheartedly welcoming the blessings God has in store for me. I am committed to nurturing my health and well-being and loving myself deeply and unconditionally.

Moreover, I look forward to continuing my journey of serving God and making an impact in His kingdom. I am eager to see how He will use me to bless others and spread His love.

As I reflect on the years gone by, I am reminded of the countless prayers and moments of seeking solace and strength from God. In this new chapter, I continue to ask for hearts to be mended, for those who are broken to find healing and wholeness. Let hearts that have been hardened by pain and disappointment be softened and filled with love and compassion.

As you read this I ask God to transform our hearts of stone into hearts of flesh, capable of loving and receiving love. To fill us with His grace so that we may extend it to others. May this decade be a testament to the power of resilience, faith, and love. As I navigate through the inevitable highs and lows, I am confident in the unwavering support of my faith, my loved ones, and my own inner strength.
