Train Your Mind

By

The mind changes if you’re willing to train it.

I used to always beat myself up for what others did to me, feeling guilty and extreme offense towards my persona keeps me in a unhealthy mental prison simultaneously.
I would victimize myself by the wrongful choices of others toward me as if their choices were my faults—caused by my flaws.
With much time and pain, and different processes I’ve now come to realize that I can only be held accountable for my actions—I will never be held accountable (and I refuse to) nor become responsible for anyone else’s wrongdoing.
I can only be responsible for my responses and actions moving past that to a brighter and better future.

Life is more than the wrongful and wicked acts done to you, life is #EVERYTHING that you’re willing to do for yourself.

Be encouraged, change your perspective.
