Suicide can be #prevented: break the stigma find the root and begin uprooting NOW it’s the time. Break the generational yoke and cancel it today!

This is more than a physical war. However we can’t deny it has physical force.

The vast majority of these individuals who have committed suicide don’t even know what they have been fighting with.

Many people know how to use (or throw around) the word depressed without knowing much of the in-depths of it’s true feeling or what is like living with true depression, anxiety, PTSD—or mood disorders.

Many depressed people are grieving the lost of a loved one, perhaps not from a death but instead from the break up of an important relationship (this can be intimate or not) and a lot of other individuals minimize their feelings.

THIS COULD LEAD TO LONELINESS AND SUICIDE ATTEMPTS: they are in need of interpersonal relationships. Explore their feeling, seek professional help.

Many other people have RUMINATING THOUGHTS of committing Suicide daily, but don’t actually attempt it: Suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death worldwide among people between ages of 15 and 44 WORLDWIDE 🌎 🌍 (WHO,2017) however there are more attempts the actual suicides you are given everyday the #opportunity to save a life!

  • Stressful LIFE EVENTS LEAD TO SUICIDE: studies have shown that the following types are immediate triggers to suicide Child abuse—sexual, physical, verbal, economic hardships, educational deprivation
  • loss of a loved one (grieve) divorce, separation, abandonments
  • physical illness—especially if it occurs at a early age is a risk factor in people who do not have a mental health disorder (Scott et al.,2010). One of the illness most related to suicide was epilepsy (Hoeksima,2020).

Why am I taking of my time unloading this information at your finger tips like you care to read it?

Because I care!! Because I’ve been there, because I’ve been saved from it, because I know the feeling and God came through when no one else knew. But not everyone else gets to scream to God!

Enough is enough!

You Are More!

If you or anyone you know needs help navigating through any of this issues seek professional help!

I am here for you!

With my best love!

Your coach,

Denise Kilby

Along the path of my life I have focused on growing as an individual, studying the word of God, and expanding my view of life to help others. After studying and obtaining a degree in Psychology Christian Counseling, Crisis Counseling and Life Coaching at Liberty University I obtained a diploma in Life Coaching out of the missteps of life. I became certified as an Advanced Mental Health & Christian Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Life Counselors (AACC). Obtaining my international credentialing through the National and International Board of Christian Life Coaches (IBCLC) & the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). As a fibromyalgia fighter, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and sexual molestation over-comer I consider myself a victorious woman, who has been born for a time as this. My mission is to inspire with my testimony, empower with the word of God and encourage by instilling positive change, to equip others with life lasting tools. My vision is to help others live to their full God given potential. My objective it to share my life vision with those who are blind-folded by pain or circumstance and have lost hope, & become stuck in a rut but long for a change. I am a mother of three blessings I get to call children; two boys and a girl, wife of a man from whom I've learn to build character everyday of our journey together. I live in the blessing of knowing that I am a daughter of God Almighty. My advise to you, with the best love I have, “Don't stop learning, becoming, and believing in yourself-there’s a world that needs your help” Denise Kilby
